If you don't want to get arcylic on your nail they will rip off your. After saying that it hurts the OWNER BEBE will continue to stick acrylic nails under the nail and rip off the powder I repeatedly telling her you hurting she doesn't care. I have had my complaints but nothing like I experienced today. I've had friends have to get their toe nail removed and friends who have left this salon with their heels cut. They don't care about the customers complaints BEBE just want your money. DO NOT GO TO COWBOYS NAIL BAR IN FRISCO I will report them in.

The lady owner here are very rude. The only reason why I still continue to go there because of the late hours and my nail tech lena, she very gentle, perfectionist and she didn't cut me.

Me and my girlfriend love our nail and our 2 manicures sam and lena they both are sweet that the only reason why we still come in back. But this last time when we there the owner bebe are rude she scream at her employee just because you are the owner doesn't give you the right to yell at anyone, we go to relax not to listen to your screaming. The 5 star that I'm rating is for the great job on our nail not for the owner of cowboys

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I went into the salon and told them I had a previously paid for package for a manicure and pedicure set. She told me to pick out gel or nexgen. I told her I wanted whichever came with my packaged set and again she told me to pick the gel or nexgen. I picked my color and she told me to sit. I was eventually taken to my seat and then the lady came over and started doing my nails. Halfway through I told her about the package(which I figured the woman up front with the calendar would have told her), she then asked the lady up front for verification. The lady up front then came over to me and told me I would have to owe her more money for getting the nexgen nails. Then the lady who was doing my pedicure came over about 30 minutes later to start. My boyfriend came in and I told him what had happened. The lady up front told him she needed to speak with him and then told him it would cost him more money or I would have to pay. She then told him that I had requested this instead of what he had paid for(totally untrue, because I said I wanted whatever was in the package). My boyfriend became upset and said that he doesn't understand why they didn't do what he had picked out for me. The lady again was playing dumb and said this is what I wanted and that I wanted the lady who always does my nails there(I have NEVER been to this place before). My boyfriend paid her the extra money and left. I have never had such poor customer service before .I brought up that I was supposed to have a massage for my hands and feet, and only received the foot massage, if I would not have said anything I would not have even gotten that. I do not recommend this place to anyone. My boyfriend tried to do something great for me for Valentine's Day and they completely ruined my experience. All these people do is try to con you into giving them more money and don't even give the services paid for. DO NOT GO HERE.
