Dr. Carter and his team are truly wonderful! I experienced a reaction to a medication the day of my procedure and it was like the entire office was there supporting me. They made me feel like everything was going to be ok and did everything they could to make me comfortable. It passed and I decided to have the procedure (balloon sinusplasty and the Celon method) in the hospital instead of the office simply because i was afraid of another reaction and no other reason. That was an amazing experience and it could not have gone any better. The greatest part of all of this is how incredible I feel now! Dr. Carter changed my life! My nose used to run constantly and I would get chronic sinus infections. Now my nose never runs and I can always breathe...in fact, I can breathe much better than I ever have in my life. I didn't know that it was possible to breathe this good! It's all opened up and I feel like a new person. Do not hesitate if you have any sort of breathing issues, ear or throat issues (I had all three due to the chronic sinus infections)...call right now to make an appointment! I am a real patient and was not paid anything to write this. I just want people to know that they do not have to suffer anymore!!! Thank you Dr. Carter...YOU ROCK! :-)
