During a scheduled appointment at the UTMB PAIN CLINIC, I was treated very RUDELY by an LVN Nurse. I filed a written complaint to the Nurse Manager at the UTMB Pain Clinic and her response was not an apology for the way I was treated, but she denied that there was any problem at all. When we go to see our DOCTORS, we shouldn't have to explain something to a Nurse three times before she FINALLY UNDERSTANDS. Being treated RUDELY by the NURSE or having to explain ourselves many time is not acceptable. We pay a lot of money to see a DOCTOR and there is no reason for a patient to be treated RUDELY by a NURSE in his clinic. Be careful when you choose your PAIN MANAGEMENT DOCTOR!
