Have shopped with this store for years, but recently they have hired a new employee who is not helpful at all. My order was double charged to my card, even 8 days later I am still waiting on a refund. The owner of the store was rude when I called to ask about the double charge, her exact words were "what do you want me to do"? Well I want my card refunded. When I got the order in the mail I was double charged for shipping, the response when I called the store was human error. This store has lots of "human error" issues and I would avoid them while they work it out.
