Beware of this Urgent Care! They told me at the time of visit that my insurance would not cover but they would only charge $75 for everything and then would try to get the insurance to pay. They had me fill out a credit card authorization so they could credit back the money when the "insurance paid"....it was not true, they used it to charge more money to my card for the visit! Without my permission! I would not recommend going here, and if you do make sure you get copies of everything they do, and have them sign paperwork paid in full!

INSURANCE FRAUD ALERT-do not go here and do not pay upfront if you have insurance. They won't submit a claim and you will be out of pocket the cost when they state they will reimburse you after they verify you have active insurance. My insurance company has customer service 24/7 yet they said the verification dept was closed - they never close - even on holidays. I verified this with my insurance company who contacted them and they were told they have 30 days to review if they will submit as they have payment in full. No stars even though I had to pick 1
