Always waiting after appointment time, and I already drive an hour to get there, so it's very frustrating. The staff is abrupt, and seem to just be going through the motions. Odd office practices and procedures, all seems very unprofessional

Very unprofessional. Dr. Higgins prescribed meds that could cause his death - our family physician did a check on his cell phone before writing the script. I try to give professionals the beneft of the doubt, but nearly killing my child is a BIG RED X!
