I brought them a shirt brand-new in the package and they burned it. The most disrespectful part was they returned it to me with the rest of my clothes as if there was nothing wrong.

I took them a Brooks Brothers shirt, only worn twice and they ripped a 1.5" hole in the sleeve and left 2" grind marks on the cuff. When I brought it to their attention, their comment was "you must have brought it in here like that", if I had I would be maimed for life based on the damage to the shirt. It happened while in their posssession.



Their only comment was "sorry" no offer of compensation or discount on the clothes I was picking up. NADA I will never use this cleaner again and recommend that others avoid it as well.
