The dental hygentist are great. His cancellation policy is strict and the receptionist enforcing the policy is super rude in her approach. You could be a long time patient on hard times and there is no empathy. The receptionist does pass judgements. She is and has been the voice and face of the practice for over 20 years. It is a nice environment except for the rude receptionist. Complaints are not addressed, there is no office manager. I received very, very unprofessional treatment from this office. I will never refer anyone to this office or come back myself.

He has a discriminatory practice to those patients who are State Insured and his receptionist will treat you as if you are beneath their practice. It is very disappointing to know that if you are a victim of the economy you will also be a casualty of getting quality dental treatment. There is no system in place to address these complaints as you will be told to either like it or leave. It is so disgusting that in the year of 2009 discriminatory practices are still apart of our culture and the receptionist who gives the poor service is praised as outstanding employee. Long story short, you'll be disappointed too!

I dont think there was anyone more phobic than I about dentists back in 2001. I hadnt seen a dentist for 13 yrs. I was vigilant with my own oral care. Even so, excruciating pain was making me take notice and I had to face the unavoidable...a dental chair. I came to this office and was welcomned warmly. I was in acute pain and I was terrified and shaking. I was diagnosed and referred out for a root canal..which I almost refused to get because of the fear. I had it and with that, started my road back to oral health. This was a long road back..many fillings and root canals, crowns, hygiene visits, etc, came into play at this office. I was handled with reassurance, I was heard, I was cared about and slowly, my terror went away. Eventually, I was able to attend my appointments alone, without my husband with me for reassurance, and after a year, my care has been caught up, my teeth are the best they can be and I am getting the best care, going forward.
