This place has a very rude receptionist I hate it.I go to this office every 6 weeks for my daughters braces and this last week I asked the receptionist to check my daughter in and she just pointed at the check in screen that is very annoying because I hate how that screen works. Then she checks in the person behind me. After 15 mins I so have time to run to Wal-Mart she said, if they call her name and you don't answer we'll check her out. So irritated this was ridicuolus. So I asked the last that made my contract and she said thats fine because it'll be some wait, she is always very helpful and smiling. The girls in the back and the Dr. Are very nice as well they are good. This morning I called to make a payment over the phone and the same stupid girl answered and said we don't take payments on Saturday and hung up. Wtf I am beyond disappointed with the customer service. They need to get rid of that girl she is extremely rude
