Westco is an amazing property management company and is very good to work with. Great selection. I would highly recommend renting from them. Very professional.

Horribly unprofessional. Absolute crooks. Take advantage of their costumers as well as are manipulative. Unwilling to work with their clients on issues or disputed charges.

Our apartment house was previously run by the owner, who was always minimally involved or concerned with the condition of the units. Westco Equities has done a very good job maintaining the units. The job they do with repairs has been quick and thorough. Their staff is friendly,helpful and responsive to our needs. We have lived here with the company managing the house for over three years and are very pleased with them.

This property management company has been nothing but great! Westco has always been responsive to the repairs that have been needed. AC went out and needed to be replaced, the same day I reported it they brought a portable AC to me so that I wouldn't fry in the Fresno heat. Plumbing issues, on the spot immediately!! The staff is personable and professional. I would highly recommend these folks for your rental needs.
