Terrible customer service from Rosie Rosales, rude and only gave me the option to replace my broken glasses with the broken ones that they had on the shelf. Keep in mind the ones on the shelf were worse than the ones I had first recieved. Never will go back to a Walmart eye vision center as the customer service was terrible and the eye dr from the kings canyon Walmart got my prescription wrong twice after going back in the same month. My glasses are still the wrong prescription though under their 2 year warranty they say there is nothing they can do. so I do not wear them I just went elsewhere got another eye exam and got contacts. The new eye dr said that my glasses were wrong also which I had only had for 3 months before going to the new eye dr. Rushed through eye exam at kings canyon and poor service at Ingram location.
