The worst Annex, independently owned post office ever. They've ALWAYS have given me a tracking number whether I wanted one or not, asked for one or not, or paid for one or not. Initially, Missy and her staff buddies refused to tell me what her name was. Then she told me that her name was Sara Jordan, if you want to believe that. Today I mailed out two packages but wanted to pay for them seperately. I guess special orders upset missy, especially when there's nobody standing behind me in line. I wanted to mail a package one time and Missy told me that they were all fresh out of tracking numbers that day. I went along with the flow and didn't rock the boat. Today I went to mail a package & she didn't give me a tracking number. When I asked for one, she told me that it would cost me an additional $1.05. Then she told me that I had to ask for a tracking number, then she contradicted herself and said that they never charge for tracking numbers. Then she said that I ALWAYS ask for a tracking number when I NEVER have. I already know that they provide tracking numbers and it's probably factored into the cost of shipping. How can I possibly ship a package on eBay without having a tracking number? It's unheard of. These youngsters, who work for this independently owned post office, think that they're calling all of the shots and making up their own rules as they go along. My behavior? I can't remember the last time, if ever, I exploded in front of someone in public out of all places.

WORST experience EVER!

My 8 yr old went just behind (on the edge) of the counter to look at a cover for his iPod and a girl comes running out yelling at my husband and my son. My husband apologized and asked our son to come back. Meanwhile there is no one at the counter to help us. The girl goes to the front looking for the counter rep (I assume). Then as she's walking back, she's telling my husband again, "We can't have kids going back there". Again, my husband says,"Okay. Sorry. Where is the counter rep?" she says,

"I'm trying to find him, but we just can't have kids going all over the place". Now I join the conversation and say, "what is going on? You only need to tell us once and my child is a good kid. Ask him once and he'll obey". She looks at me and says, "We can't have kids going everywhere".

At this point I look at my husband and say, "let's go. I've had it."

Rediculous! We are professional people that raise our kids to be obedient. Our kids do not run around nor disobey. I'm up hauled at this young lady's behavior, her reaction and our treatment.

Worst Person to deal with

I dont know how this store stays open. High presure owner. I felt like I was buying a used car. I asked to speak to the owner and Shant said he was. I told him you've got to be kidding me. I asked him why he treat people with such disrespect. Beware!!!!!!!!!!

He are here to educate customer about the products we sell. If the fact that I knew to much about what is available for his cell phone is consider High Pressure, then not telling him whats available is a dis-service.
