Worst place to shop! Please do not go to Skechers USA Outlet Fresno! True story begins - I walked in on a Saturday evening two hours before closing time. No greetings, no eye contact, nothing from any employee. Meanwhile, half of the employees in the store 2-3 of them were chatting among themselves in the middle of the store. Who hired these clowns? I spotted a shoe I liked but didn't see the right size on the shelf so I picked up the shoe and walked to the first employee I saw - a mid-twenty African male with an Afro. The guy literally didn't want to help me so he asked another African female also in her twenties with even a larger Afro to help me. I showed her the shoe and she headed toward the back. Half-way to the back she ran into another employee who was on her break (a Mexican female also in her twenties) and they began to talk. Meanwhile I was there ten feet away, just watching them talk. The conversation carried on for 15 minutes, I couldn't believe it. So I walked toward the African girl, but she ignored me and walked off. I was persistence in buying the shoes so I seek for more help but each employee I walked toward were running away from me. I guess the hiring manager must of taught them how to play tag very well because they sure can run, ignore, and hide. I lost hope and walked out. Side note: when you have a store employed by mostly Negros and a Mexican (wanna be Negro) girl in their twenties who blast the store away with ghetto raps - figures for the poor customer service. Note to owner: all the employees here including the store manager needs to be fired and re-build from the ground up if the store is to survive. Oh by the way, the one star is negative and the positive review below is fake.
