Had been a long time member and was satisfied with the price I paid and service offered...until finding out by observing an empty parking lot, that they had moved across town. Granted, I had not been to the gym in about 4 months, but no notification had been sent to my home. If you truly care about and want to retain your members, then you should darn well inform them by all means possible - besides a flyer in the gym!!

website sucks and not user friendly!!!!!

Women only, so no sweaty men staring at you or getting the equipment stinky! Clean facility, private showers and changing areas, lockers, heated pool, LOTS and LOTS of free weights and equipment, 30 minute circuit area similar to Curves but BETTER, aquatic aerobics and free swim, lots of different types of floor exercise classes from VERY beginner to advanced. Lots of other extra services for an additional fee (child care, tanning, personal trainer, etc). What else can I say? This place makes me feel at home!
