Provided by YP.comOur experience based on the last 2 encounters with sears serviceman is that they and the people they work for suck. Called out here to fix water leak and after quoting $322.00 to fix plastic water valve($250.00) in labor he told me he turned off valve at frig...I can turn on the main water valve. As soon as I left, He told my 81 yr o mother that he couldn't turn off valve at point of leakage and that we would have to just turning off main valve until 10 days latter when they could make it out here. TAKE MY ADVICE, USE SOMEONE ELSE BESIDES SEARS REPAIR. THEY ARE THIEVES.
