They are very thorough and have taken care of all of our animals for years now. The only thing is sometimes you have to wait a while in the office, they run late. But the care that my animals have received makes it worth while

I have had nothing but the best care and concern for my dog, who is very large. I have never had to wait what I consider an unreasonable amount of time, but have had much time spent with the diagnosis and care of my dog. They have taken him in on an emergency basis with no problems. I have recommended this vet hospital to everyone I know with pets. They are reasonable and very, very caring.

Very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. Went seeking second opinion on complicated illness/diagnosis before continuing to spend very large amount for care of my pet at our current vet. Nothing against our current veterinarian, she is wonderful, but I wouldn't have a surgery, or anything extensive performed for my own care without a qualified second opinion...it seemed reasonable to want the same for my animals. In doing so, I was treated quite rudely, chastised, and told if I had wanted another opinion I should have sought advice at a university hospital and not another local vet. That was the sum total of the visit that I was charged for--oh, she did take the perfunctory weight, temp, etc, with irritation evident in the manner my animal was handled.
