I was referred to Quality Fence by Home Depot as they are Home Depot's fencing contractors. I was contacted by a younger gentlemen on their staff who asked me all of my needs and was able to measure my fence from his desk and provide me with a ballpark price after just a few minutes. He scheduled a time to met with me to confirm that price, which was the most expensive. I chose them because I was impressed with him and partly because of my ability to use my Home Depot card and get no interest. When all was said and done it was obvious that you get what you pay for.

That in itself was great, but a few weeks after installation I received a call from the sales guy. Apparently a previous customer had called in with an issue but the name and number was unclear so they began calling all of their previous customers until they could find the customer that needed repairs. They did a great job on mine, but it's incredibly reassuring to know that had they made a mistake they would have done whatever it takes to make it right! Great company!
