Provided by YP.comJoe and his team are great, on time, and professional. Joe offers welcomed suggestion, on how to make my pool equipment more efficient. Joe got me a great deal on a pool sweep. Joe has always been fair with his rates, and I can count on the job getting done right. I would highly recommend Pristine Pool Service.

The owner turned our house over to his nephew shortly after we started service. We had to be home on the day he serviced our pool (Fridays) to bring our dogs in the house, otherwise, the nephew would leave and not clean the pool when the dogs started barking at him. He did this on at least one occasion that we observed.
The nephew would park his truck across our driveway, blocking all three cars, so that we could not leave to go to work or take our kids to school in the morning until he left.
They took time off without advanced notice (our service day was on Friday and we received a notice on Saturday that they had taken the week off). Would have been nice to know in advance so that we did not have our dogs locked up in the house all day.
We paid for full service and the nephew rarely swept the pool, usually only the steps if that, and we would watch him while he was at the house.
Would give zero stars based on our experience if possible.
Setting the record straight... This review was left with malicious intent to deface our companies reputation by a disgruntled former customer of whom we discontinued service due to a history of late payment and lack of communication with our company. The current review is actually a revised review following a letter received by our attorney advising this person to retract the review as they were also advised that their false allegations against our company constitutes slander. These complaints were never brought to the attention of our service technician or our office until after service was discontinued. In fact, we never knew about these complaints until we seen this review. Had there been any issues the customer failed to communicate with our company. As far as we knew they were satisfied with our service. In 17 years of being in business we have never received one bad review. It is disheartening that this customer would leave such review when there was zero communication on customers behalf in regards to any above complaints. We feel it is extremely important to have an open line of communication with our customers to ensure a positive relationship. We encourage all customers to call our company with any questions or concerns anytime even on the weekends. We take pride in our work and our company and have worked too hard to allow someone to maliciously and falsely deface our company. Don't let this false review discourage your decision in choosing our company. If you want quality and dependability this is the company you want servicing your pool. I didn't think there was anyone who cared as much about my pool than me until Pristine Pool Service.
