horrible experience!

Worst customer service, very rude...of course this is all after you have ordered your dresses. They constantly change dress arrival dates & claim to call to let you know they're in & don't, then charge storage fees. Dresses arrived & all of them were way to big.alterations were just as expensive as the dress.the dresses were altered so much they didn't even look like the originals. They shoes I purchased from them were uncomfortable & left my feet with scars

DO NOT GET YOUR DRESS HERE

This was one of the worst customer service places I've ever been. One of the lady's that work there named veronica literally called me talking crap to me, and told me if I disnt have the money what did I think i was doing trying to but a dress there. My first impression of them was also rude but because I found my dress there I stuck with it. My dress had been in since March 18 and they called me April 14 to let me know my dress was in and that I was being charged a storage fee, which after having to yell I had that removed. I also asked for a copy of my contract and they said they didn't hold it there in the store so when I went home and got mine and went back they magically had mine and had changed my contract....

A horrible business with some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. They made picking out the dress my wife wanted seem like such a pleasant experience but after that it was some of the worst customer service EVER! I have nothing good to say about them, do yourself a favor and stay away!

Wouldn't recommend this place!!

My sister had a horrible experience getting her alterations done at premier bride. The dress consultant recommended them and then apologized for their service and stated that the guy who does alterations has a bad attitude and doesn't always treat the brides how they should be treated. This guy Moses blamed the material of my sisters wedding gown instead of taking responsibility for the cheap work that he had done. He laughed in my sisters face and told her that he would not be able to fix what he had done. He also did not want to reimburse the $500 she HAD to pay upfront prior to the alterations until we threatened with having a meeting with the owner of the place. My sister also talked to the manager who apologized, but did not do anything about the problem aside from giving her a $50 gift card to Cheesecake Factory. Keeping in my that my sisters wedding was only 2 weeks away!!! Thankfully, she took her dress to the Cinderella Cellar where Doreen fixed her dress perfectly and provided great customer service and charged her half the price for alterations.

So happy!

I was so glad I found this store. Had been to a couple of other places but this one was the nicest and had my favorite dress. The dress I chose got here fast and I got to try my dress on already. So excited to wear it! Great store and nice staff, will tell my friends!

First of all, thank you for taking the time write a review. Only by getting feedback do we know what we are doing right and what we need to improve on. Please know that we are happy to try and help all of our brides regardless of the timeline. If there is a dress a bride likes but is on a short time frame we are more than happy to try and arrange rush shipping on behalf of our clients or discount a floor sample if apporiate. If this wasn't communicated effectively to you we appologize. As you noted we pride ourselves on being a friendly, low pressure store and we are sorry that we couldn't meet your needs. Most gowns take 3-5 months to special order so we due recommend that brides order at least 6 months in advance so there is plenty of time for any alterations that may be needed or any shipping delays from the manufactuer.
