They tech out who look liked a kid in a candy store. It was his first day on the job. From what the hour long wait took and sound like he was not qualified for the position.
They sent another tech out two days later to fix the problem, this is all after when the called to confirm the order, gave me the wrong address to approve work on it. They called my home asking for permission for someone elses home repair, than made it sound like i was the bad guy over it.
Their dispatch center is poor, and their customer services in very poor. Do not let them near your home or plumbing!

AHS referred them to us. They came out and tried to fix our AC unit to no avail. Then they came out A WEEK later to replace a coil. Then they told me they had to "order a part," which would take another week. When the third week rolled around, they said they needed to run a "test." When I calmly explained this was unacceptable, he told me to take it up with my insurance company and hung up on me.

I wouldn't use this company if it was the last AC company in the entire valley and it was 110 degrees. Don't make the same mistake.

Today P&R plumbing in Fresno has been nothing but unprofessional in helping FPI management inc... cutting water supply off to black peoples and long term tenants that they discriminate and target and retaliate, with unethical behavior. No notifications at all to residents. Job well done

We have been using this company for a couple years and I couldn't be happier. They respond promptly, great work, great communication and follow up. Highly recommend this company!

They are the worst plumbing company of fresno. I had them through AHS for washer drain clogging and they denied and said they can do separately for 575 dollars!. My local plumber did for 140 dollars!

Thomas Bailey is a great service person he knowledgeable and make sure you know what he's going to do. I would have him work on my plumbing anytime.

Had a great experience with P R Plumbing. My water heater pilot light was not staying lit in our new home, and so I called our home warranty company to initiate a claim. P R Plumbing called me within 2 hours to schedule an appointment for the same day, and even had the technician call me about 45 minutes prior to his arrival. They were extremely professional and courteous, and when the technician arrived, so was he. He quickly fixed the problem, took the time to show me what was wrong, and how the water heater works, and stayed for a few minutes to ensure it was working properly after he replaced a part. Would definitely recommend this company, and will ask for them in the future!

PR Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning has thousands of people that are very happy. I'm sorry that your insurance company didn't fix your problems, but we are paid by them. As home owner you take out the insurance plans not us. Home owners need to read there plans bebore they sign. PR Plumbing is a great company, we would not be in business for over 11 years.

If it were possible to give NO STARS, I totally would. This company was referred to me by American Home Warranty to replace my water heater and clear a drain. The tech came out, told me the drain couldn't be unblocked-just by staring at it. Then turned on valve to drain water heater without attaching a hose to it, and proceeded to spray hot water on me and flood my laundry room. As I was frantically trying to direct the 50 gallons of water out of my laundry room I noticed the tech leave---without saying anything--just got in his truck and left. Worst service EVER. I wouldn't recommend this inept company to my worst enemy.
