PC's TO GO IS NOW CLOVIS COMPUTERS. They bent over backwards to service my computer. By Apple standards my Mac is too old to repair and would cost mega bucks to repair. Their techs got a great deal for me for under the price of an authorized Mac dealer did. Awesome work and great customer service.

Horrible Customer Service.

I heard of this place cause it was close by where i stay at...I look up online and had some mix review..i was kinda busy and short on time so i took it there cause it was near.. GOD THIS GUY HAD A ATTITUDE ISSUE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES, RUSH TO QUOTE YOU A PRICE WHEN HE HAVEN'T EVEN TAKEN A LOOK AT THE COMPUTER...MY HARD DRIVE HAVE A CORRUPT OPERATING SYSTEM AND HE TELLS ME THAT MY HARD DRIVE IS FRIED...HE SAY HE WOULD OFFER TO PULL MY DATA OUT AND PUT ON A NEW HARD DRIVE..MY QUESTION IS HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO PULL DATA OFF A FRIED HARD DRIVE, ONCE HARD DRIVE FRIED, IT IS UNDETECTABLE AND RARELY ANY DATA EVER GET PULL FROM IT UNLESS YOU ARE A DATA RECOVERY SPECIALIST AND THOSE COST THOUSANDS. ANOTHER QUESTION IS, IF MY HARD DRIVE IS FRIED THEN Y DOES IT DETECT IT IN THE BIOS, RUN SHORT AND LONG TEST ON IT AND ITS FINE..JUST A OS CORRUPT AND HE WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR NEW HARD DRIVE, INSTALL OF OPERATING SYSTEM AND DATA TRANSFER..WHAT A RIP OFF...



MY RECOMMENDATION IS GO ELSE WHERE OR THEY WILL SUCK UR POCKET DRY. THANK GOD I DID MY RESEARCH BEFORE I WENT IN, OR I WILL BE OUT AT LEAST A FEW HUNDREDS DOLLARS...I END UP ORDERING A RESTORE CD FROM DELL WHICH COST ONLY 20 DOLLAR..

The man who I dealt with may be good at fixing computers but when it comes to people skills he has a long, long way to go. I brought my net book in. He never asked me what was wrong with it, didn't even say hello, how are you; nothing. When I asked him what he was going to do he said "fix it". He offered to meet me at the store the next day (Sunday) if he got it fixed. But immediately started talking about making sure I wasn't late. I told him that since I was using the bus service since my motorcycle was in the repair shop and I was from SC that I couldn't guarantee what time I would get there so I offered to call him when I arrived. He had a problem with and didn't want to do that (so don't offer to do something if it is going to be that hard for you). I returned on Monday and again, no greeting other than "that will be $90". I open my net book to see if it was fixed and again he said "that will be $90". I told him I was just checking it out and "is there a problem?". He asked me why I had an attitude. I told him because of his attitude as I have described above and he told me I was upset because he didn't call me Sunday (obviously he had it ready and didn't call). I told him that was not the case and he continued to say that was my problem and finally I told him "don't you dare tell me what I am thinking". He then said "just take your computer and leave". Which I did. I was in Sequoia NP all day Sunday so I was not the least bit concerned about my computer. I don't think he is a very happy person.

I've been here several times over the last year. My laptop fried out, and he Diagnosed it for free. He does that with everyone's computer, and that saved me $100 bucks right there. (Best Buy doesn't even do that) HD went bad, and I replaced it and kept my lap top up and running.



My brother took his lap top there, again another HD issue, it was too old to economically fix but the hard drive was fried and he got the data off.



My dad's a teacher at a high school Graphics class and we take all out Laptops to him, because he's honest and cost effective.



He's good and honest, and sometimes its gonna be bad news. He can be a little fast to the point, and the directness puts off some people. If you want a Fake Smile, go to best buy.



If you are short on cash, and need the help of an honest working tech this is your guy.

Case In Point: You'll pay minimum $100 more anywhere else.

If you wanna a Geek, this is te place. I got a quote on a custom system. The computer was intended to have mirrored hard drives and they quoted a motherboard that didn't even support RAID. After further talks, they are flyin by the seat of their pants and really have no idea what they are doing.

Telephoned asked if they could check a cpu. Was told yes. Drove 40 mailes round trip to be told when I arrived it was $49.00 to check cpu. Should have been told that in first place.

The worst PC repair shop I have ever been to. I brought my laptop to fix the LCD screen. A month later I called to check up on my laptop and they say they needed to order a new LCD screen again. I waited and after haven’t heard from them in months I call. They told me I needed a new mother board? My laptop was working fine expect a dead line of pixel on the screen. I wanted my laptop back and now they told me to wait while they put it back together. It’s been months again. Don’t waste your time or money.
