My sister was a resident there for many years. She was very picky and often hard to please. She was also the kindest soul I have ever known. She was extremely sensitive and easily hurt. She loved her home there, and this was mostly due to Chris, the manager. He was always kind and welcoming. She never felt like she was a bother to him no matter what issues she presented to him. He always had a smile for her. And he would take care of everything in a timely matter. And maintenance? They were the best. They went above and beyond for her. She talked about them all as if they were family while always remaining professional. My sister passed away unexpectedly on Christmas Eve. And Chris was just as kind to us. I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart, for all your effort and kindness, making it a happy home for her always. I give you 5 stars and 5 to Mancó Abbott for hiring them. Thank you.

I have lived here for many years. With old management everything was fine, The new manager Jamie Kenel is rubish. They inter your apartment any time they feel like it without any notice and go thru every thing inculding underware draw. My car has been broken in to four times in the past five years, And all they say is you can rent a garage at $40 more for each car. At least 2 cars get broken into every night. The mail boxes are located on a major street inside the compex in the open, This is why I was I victim of I.D Theft two years back along with many other renters at this location. All it takes is for the meth heads to put a screw driver in the back door to the mail boxes and have access to 35 renters mail boxes at a time. What does the office say' Get a mail box at the UPS store at $20 more a month. Also the office works from 9:30ish and leave when they get board usually at about 5:00 so pretty much you need to take time off from work to deal with them. And they forget or run out of money to pay for trash pick up so piles of trash starts to pile up on each corner of the complex for more than a week, This happend twice this year, If you also have any problems with Jamie Kenel call the managment company that she works for Manco Abbott Inc 5594351756 . Also if you read the other reviews you can tell the ones that were writen by Park Ridge Apartments staff, They paint a picture of paradise. Believe me this is no paradise. I have changed jobs so the only reason I have stayed was it is close to work is gone. I will be gone when my contract runs out. I hope all Manco Abbott propertys are not like this one. Good Luck....
