First started off good service told me my bed would arrive Tuesday then Wednesday then they running behind it's 10pm and am still waiting I flat out told them I work nights they said not to worry will deliver early n I had only four hour sleep waiting on them wouldn't recommend them to nobody after this

The Customer Service here is Terrible!!! The manager Chris is too busy to come talk when there's a problem. We purchased furniture the first time and there apology was s gift certificate to go back and spend it and the get screwed over again by them again and basically they don't care about any of the mistakes they've made and blame it different departments that can't do nothing or won't because they are a corporation and there hands are tied. I will not recommend this place to anyone I know

This is the Best place to shop for furnitures. Tony did a very thorough job on helping us get a bed for us. Due to my back injury I had to get a bed that meet my needs of comfort and he did a wonderful job at finding us one. Thanks to Tony!

honestly, the worst place to buy from!! I would probably rate them a negative star if I could.... They are the worst to buy furniture from! The manager is an idiot, he submitted paperwork and charged my account with furniture I yet haven't received! I will get my lawyers involved for fraud. I have every bit of proof to prove this... It has been 41/2 months since I purchased my furniture and I haven't received it! I would have cancelled my order by now but only reason I haven't is because every piece of furniture in my house matches that particular piece of furniture I purchased from Mor, their sales associates suck! Elsa (now located at the Visalia showroom) in particular was my sales associate and she is a total joke! These people honestly think they are smarter that you as the consumer. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone!!

Ramos made it easy for me to buy my husband a recliner! A few days ago I went on the Ramos furniture Face book page. They had pictures of Ashley recliners posted along with information about the recliner and the model #. I saw a mahogany recliner that I really liked, so I printed the page and took it to the Ramos store on Blackstone. I gave the print out to the sales person and he showed me the recliner I was interested in. It was affordable, comfortable, stylish and masculine. I bought it and made my husband was very happy :)

por varios meses estuve haciendo esfuerzo y sacrificio para comprar sofas para mi casa,cuando por fin junte el dinero los mire en muchas mueblerias y por fin me decidi por unos de more furniture for lees los compre porque me gustaron mucho,y cuando los saque en mi casa no estaban completos,les faltaban 3 almohadas,dos grandes del resplaldo y una chica que va al frente,les llame imediatamente y les dije y me dijieron que me los hiban a mandar espere por un tiempo y al no recibirlos les llame una y otra vez, y ellos siempre con la misma promesa de mandarmelos,y hasta se portaban muy groseros al contestarme,supongo que es por mi idioma,aasi que a esto yo le llamo discriminacion, por fin despues de 6 meses me dijieron que no me van a mandar nada y que solo me dan 50 dolares de reembolso por los 2 cojines grandes y el de enfrente, y no se me hace justo que solo me den eso cuando yo estuve juntando mi dinero por meses y hasta deje de comprar cosas a mis hijos para juntar ese dinero para comprarlos y que me los dieran incompletos, yo creo que eso es robar,yo no recomiendo a nadie comprar en esta muebleria, cuando tu vas ahi adentro llegan como aguilas en cuanto entras a la puerta para convencerte de comprar,y hasta te ofrecen galletas pop corn y sodas para que se mire bien,pero cuando por fin compras y agarran tu dinero las cosas cambian totalmente,rateros.

Horrible Store! -4 stars

I paid for a livingroom set that sat for about 6 months before I used it. Six months into use, one of the recliners of the love seat broke. I was told I could bring it in and they would fix it (it weighs about 125 lbs. and I dont have a truck) or I could pay $50 to have someone come out to do it. I am a single Mom raising one child and 2 grandchildren mind you and I should pay for something that was built crappy and the company won't back. I called and they told me to schedule it, I would need to pay up front and bring the payment from Hanford to Fresno. Are you kidding me? Maybe I can strap the loveseat on my back and take it with me. These people are horrible!!!!! Never again.

Worst Experence Ever

The worst experence I have ever had buying furniture. I had spent over $4000 to find out they didn't sell the couch I had ordered. I have still been waiting over a month for the refund for the couch. To top that off they have yet to deliver the entire set of furniture that I did recieve. They do not return phone calls and are not willing to right their wrongs. They have lied and broken promises multiple times. They also do business as USA Furniture on Blackstone I would stay far far away from this company. Unless you like to be lied to and wait months for your furniture.

Fast Delievery... BS!

We purchase a Cal King bed on President's Day. Was told we would recieve our bed in 2 WEEKS... (This seemed a little long but we went with it because the price was good for the bed we wanted ($1890). 5 FIVE WEEKS later and still nothing... Mor's delievery called us on Sunday and 5:58 (per caller id and voice mail time) to confirm delivery for Wednesday- I called back ONE MINUTE LATER and they had closed. Called first thing Monday morning only to be told that we had been bumped to the END of the delivery list because I hadn't call back before the end of closing the previous day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And to make things even more pathetic, they expected us to wait for another week and a half! I'm not sure about everyone else but waiting for a very common bed to arrive 6 1/2 weeks is insane. I cancelled my order with Mor... and purchase the exact same bed through another store and it arrived 5 days later... THATS GOOD SERVICE MOR!! NOT 6 1/2 WEEKS!
