Worst customer service, our pizza was almost cold by the time we got it. Got attitude from more then one person who works there.

Tonight my fiance and I chose to have a heart pizza from me and eds on herndon and west in Fresno, as we did last year for valentines day. Our order number was 105 and we had waited like 35 minutes. I noticed they started delivering pizzas to order numbers larger than ours. My fiance went to ask why and while he was gone, I noticed a lady from another table returning a pizza because she was given the wrong pizza. When my fiance returned he said the workers told him that our pizza was still in the oven. i wondered why our pizza was still in the oven and people who came in after us was already eating. Soon after that our pizza was delivered to our table. I checked it and it was cold. While the guy was still there I told my fiance this was the pizza that the lady returned cause it was given to her by mistake. The guy offered no explanation he just left. When we complained all we got was a sorry - thats it!!!! Really? So we had a cold pizza for valentines day that could have been touched by that ladys kids etc. They lied when they told my fiance that our pizza was stll in the oven.. Excellent customer service!!!!! 02/14/2013 at aroun 5:30.

It goes without saying that Me N Eds is the best pizza anywhere unless you want the thinck crust that tastes like bread with tomoato sauce. Me N Eds is a thin crust only a little bit crispy, exactly as god intended. The location at West and Herndon is especially good. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and the booths and chairs are comfortable. Off to one side is a room set up with long tables for large parties (like soccer teams, etc.) and there are kids games there. The salad bar is well stocked. And did I say that Me N Eds is the best pizza in Fresno? They always have lots of toppings. They usually have their televisions tuned to a sports channel. Good eats for the whole family! David D
