The service department is the worse in the valley!!! They take forever, don’t care about you as a customer

I had a pre aproved loan in my hand they sold me a suv with there loan and thousand dollar down. I brought the car home sold my old one and after 8 days they wanted there car back saying that the loan fell though. These guys are crooks. The fat guy in financing is a thief. Stay away from these people

when traveling through Fresno my truck throwout bearing went bad. it was 700. no problem. when I went to pick it up they said I owed them 6000 for work I never authorized. they strongarmed me with holding my truck till iepaid it.
