CLUELESS, INCOMPETENT employees !!!!! When you finally find someone that speaks english, they don't know anything about appointments, scheduling, etc..

"Jessica" at the office cannot help you. "Jullian" makes appointments that he has no intention of keeping. We had a tenant that waited a week for an appointment from this company and they never showed up. When we went to their office to confront them, they knew NOTHING. NOTHING! Just blank faces. We used them for the same appliance problem in the past and they have no intention of honoring any warranty on their parts or labor....all of a sudden they can't speak english anymore. BEWARE!!!!

It is difficult to trust that you will get an accurate quote when the person that does the work cannot speak english and has to get someone to with no appliance experience to translate.
