I had Martin Soto out for a consultation and all went well he gave me a tentative price. He asked for my email address so he could mail me some pictures of his work. He explained that I would need to make a final selection on the stone being used & then phone him back for a formal estimate. I made my selection phoned him back at least 3 times, texted him back & had no response. I finally used a different phone to phone him back and he answered. We made an appointment for Saturday. He never followed up, he never phoned, he did not show up. He also never emailed the pictures he said he would when he asked for my email. Poor Communication, No Follow Through & Totally Unprofessional.

I Love this Impressive Masonry Co. becuase they were Clean Very clean, i didnt have to clean any mess left after my beautiful waterfall an stone were completed. I was IMPRESSED with my New Garden area The Price was affordable an Fast, very fast an PERFECT!! I'm having this company return soon to do my fireplace an floors done. I Love the fact while getting a quote he also gives Design tips..Cant beat that..its like Hgtv here in the Valley!!
