Had Howard's pest Control for my rental. I told the gal over the phone that the prev tenants had moved out and left a mess with lots of cockroaches. I had a one time service done but needed more sprays so I had them go in on a monthly basis. Unfortunately that didn't last long. they wouldn't let me know what days they were coming so we could have he gates open and when I called the girl in the office gave me attitude I simply asked to be given a day and rough time to let the tenants know or call me when they were on they way( I work 5 min away) to open up gate since they were charging me full price to spray and they were only spraying the front. The 2nd month of this happening I called and asked to please let me know or I could give a gate key if that would be convenient since they didn't want to call me and she told me they weren't going back and she was cancelling my service very rudely and a few days later they still sent me a bill for half service and rude help. My recommendation please use someone else that can provide A good service and give good customer service.

The only thing we couldn't provide is an exact time, which is what you were demanding. You never offered a key, as we would have been happy to accept one, that just make it easier on both parties. We called the day before (as we do with customers who have locked gates) and when we went out, the gate was locked, so yes we only did part of the service. When you called you said we needed to give you an exact time when someone was going to be out there, which we just can not do, appointments fluctuate and change how a route is ran. You were not satisfied with that, so yes, your service was cancelled, as we obviously could not provide what you were wanting. Also we did adjust your service to half of what it was supposed to be, which we don't usually do, we did call the day before as we were instructed, we did tell you we were going to be out the next day, and still the gates were not unlocked, at that point, there is not anything more we can do if no one is home to answer the door, or unlock the gate. I am sorry you had a bad experience with our company, we try to make everyone as happy as we can by providing a good service both out in the field and on the phone.

Howard's pest control came to do an inspection and charge me for not being able to inspect under the sheetrock....When I already told them that I have some sheetrock that's coming apart with suspicion of termite....I was not there to open my rental home for them but had my mom open the door. They didn't give any answer and just told my mom a letter will come in the mail.

They could of warn me or give me a heads up on what the procedure were, and not send out a tech to charge me and send a letter to inform me about that info.

We hired Howard's Pest Control to do a termite inspection on our home. They did the report fast & e-mailed us & our real estate agent the report the very same day! They answered all our questions, explained everything in detail. They were very knowledgeable and always polite when we called. They definitely made the whole process alot more bearable and eased our minds, as we were stressed out already! We had Howard's Pest Control do the work they recommended. The work was done in a professional manner. They covered our hard wood floors with heavy plastic to keep them protected. The workers covered their work shoes with paper booty's. When the job was finished you couldn't even tell anything had been done! The office staff was also polite and efficient, getting all the right paperwork to my real estate agent, my title company, etc. All in all, they were a great company to work with and I would absolutely use them again, should the need arise.

Oh, and I also liked that that they were a local famiy business!
