I've received two extractions this year, then a tooth filling this year. They are pretty plea sant for the most part. Some of the assistants don't speak English so that was a little problematic for me. The actual dentists I encountered were very nice and educated me on what they were doing and show you your xrays. I appreciate that they referred me to a oral surgeon for another extraction that they weren't comfortable with because they did not want to damage a sinus.

Please don't go to this place. The dentist always wants to do big work on your teeth When you need a clean up teeth only. And one old Office assistant are so rude. she does not help you the right way and makes it hard when you need your cash back after you turn in your medical insurance on the next day. No matter if you have the receipt with you from the previous cash payment. she gives the money back after the complaint at front of the prospective clients and the notice to take this matter to the right Office place. """ Por favor no ballas a este lugar. El dentista todo el tiempo quiere hacer un travajo grande en tus dientes. cundo tu solo nesecitas limpiesa dental. Y una asistente mayor de la hoficina es muy ruda. Hella no ayuda en la forma correcta. Y no quiere regresarte tu dinero del pago en efectibo despues de meter tu aseguransa de medical al dia siguente. y no le himporta que le estes ensenando que tienes el resibo de tu pago anterior en efectibo. lo entrego por que le reclamaron enfrente de los clientes y se le adbirtio que se denunciaria el problema del negocio en la hoficina correspondiente..

my first visit was fast and the dentist was very polite and explained everything. My second visit was painful and the lady dentist was very rude to me. She ignored me when I told her I was in deep pain and never explained what was happening. After that procedure, my teeth became super sensitive and there is pain in that area. I want to go to a place that the dentist actually care to stop and check when you cry out in pain.

I am so tired of receiving their fliers in my mail at home. I get at least one flier from them every week and sometimes more. I am never going to do business with this place just for the annoyance of being inundated with their advertisements so often. I would recommend going to a dentist that doesn't engage in such intensive marketing campaigns.

I recently went into Hispano Dental Care the waiting was a bit but I'm assuming it's due to it being my childrens first time in the office. My children and I had a good experience they weren't afraid. The staff explained in details, the dentist was very good answering all my questions overall after the past experiences at other offices my kids actually liked this dentist.

I RECENTLY HAD TO CHANGE DENTIST, DUE TO THE FACT THAT I HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 2 HOURS FROM MY APPOINTMENT TO BE SEEN BY AN ASSISTANT AND THEN ANOTHER 1/2 HOUR TO BE SEEN BY THE DENTIST. I DON'T HAVE AN ENTIRE DAY TO BE AT THE DENTIST. ALSO THE OFFICE IS VERY DIRTY AND ITS HARD TO FIND A PLACE EVEN TO WAIT DUE TO APPOINTMENT OVERFLOW, TERRIBLE PLACE.

En este lugar te citan a una hora pero no te atienden sino hasta que les da la gana. Digo esto porque fui citado a las 4pm y eran las 4:45 y todavia seguia esperando a q me atendieran. Fui a preguntar a la recepcionista que si a que hr me iban a atender? y me dijo que todavia estaban dos personas delante de mi que tambien estaban esperando, por lo que decidi mejor irme y la mujer de recepcion me dijo de muy mal modo "haga lo que usted quiera". Pues que se cree esta gente? Creo que el tiempo es muy valioso y que yo como paciente tengo el derecho de que se me atienda con respeto y a la hr que me dicen. Se me hace mucha falta de educacion como tratan a sus pacientes. Uno se programa para hacer mas cosas que tiene que hacer
