I'm a single women and the owner has helped me out with showing me how to be self employed and take charge. Not sure why people can't see how much pressure it is to run your own business and after many years still have a A+ rating on Better Business Bureau. If any business is looking for top of the line work and amazing products that can keep the money coming in even during the slow season.. Hi Tech Unlimited is the way to go.

The customer service here is terrible. If you would like to purchase equipment at well above market value and receive "expertise" from a man that thinks he is a lot more educated than he is, then you should come here. He has terrible customer service, the shop is disgusting and dingy. Gary likes to talk down to people, even customers. I don't recommend anyone ever doing any sort of business with this man. Especially the game machines he sells around California.

if i could give 0 stars i would. i don't know how TheTechDude sleeps at night after ripping people off who come in desperate to protect their family & home. He tried selling us that same alarm clock, instead we went ahead and ended up buying an security system that costed us almost $2,200. Come to find out the system should of only been about $300. All the stuff he said in the post below is the same exact thing he said about us in court. He keeps saying he has a A+ rating but if you call the BBB they will tell you there are numerous complaints on Hi-Tech. i don't know how ripping labels off the equipment and replacing it with a Hi-Tech label makes it specialty. if you go onto Fresno Banner Court it will show how many times Hi-Tech has been taken to small claims. Wish we had done our research, LUCKILY FOR US WE WERE ABLE TO GET EVERY SINGLE CENT BACK.

The shop is messy and the business is poorly managed.

I was looking for some electronics and went into this place across from a Rite Aid and McDonalds. Kind of a Mom and Pop place. Looked like the inside of a TV set. Looked like they had been there a very long time. I started talking to the guy there and he was sharp. Said it like it was, no BS. He really did not try to sell me anything just educated me. I noticed on the walls all his awards and he is a College Instructor. He really knew his stuff. I bought a security camera system and some adaptors I needed that I could not find anywhere else.



Everything works great and I could not be happier. Finally a place where there's an honest knowledgable guy that isn't just trying to sell you a bunch of junk. I have called him a few times for help and he always helps right on. You better call first because their hours are screwy.

Don't try to contact this company if you don't want to waste your time! Bad services! They don't know how to deal with customer. Everytime talk to them, just like you owe them something and they don't want to do any more business with you.

I have to disagree with the other review. I have long hair and tattoos so I normally receive sub par service. That said the staff at hi tech unlimited were extremelly helpful and knows their product. I left with exactly what I came for. He also spent close to an hour explaining the pros and cons for each camera within my price range.

Maybe the products that they sell are good because they are not the ones who make them, they are basically just distributors. The service that they provide is bad specially how they talk to customers. It seems like they dont really want to sell, seems that they do it just for do it. They treat customer really rude.
