@Natalie,Kaylene you sound like same person writting review.you also sound like you have cosmetology knowledge.either you are a beauty school drop out, or a hater..these girls would never do that to any one.get a life....quit slandering peoples names our trying to ruin there reputation if you Aint got proof then shut your mouth.

WARNING**** DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS SALON!!!!! I went to this salon 6/9/12 and had an nightmare with this shop especially with the owner. I walked in with blonde hair and came out with an ashy brown. let me start by saying I walked in all smiles because after having black hair. I was able to bleach my hair and get a med blonde/goldish hair color. I told the "owner" who did not want to give me her name. If she can just make the top one color bcuz I had blonde roots and orange ends she agreed she could. After applying the color while sitting in the chair for 45mins I stared getting suspicious about the color as it appeared to brown. I made a comment that the color looks dark brown and not blonde she insisted that everything was fine and I need to wait till she shampoo my hair. which i waited after WASHING MY HAIR IT was DARK BROWN SHE RUINED MY PROCESS OF GETTING MY HAIR BLONDE. After i told her that I didn't want brown I said blonde she told me TO GET OUT OF HER SALON. without trying to repair my hair. bad customer service as well as work.

I came her to fix my hair color after I attempted to color my own hair. They got my hair color to be the shade I wanted and the hairstylist also gave me layers that framed my face nicely. I'm definitely going to come her next time I need a haircut.

When I went to this salon, the staff was very sweet and friendly. My daughter and I went to get out hair done, and the stylist understood what I wanted. My daughter went to get her hair coloured and it turned out very nice. Now I always go there to get any touch ups on my hair. This place is great. I highly recommend it.

HILITE CITY SALON IS THE BEST! i've got my hair cut there all the time and i will never go anywhere else. Lots of my friends go there too!

Great place to get your hair done. I have been going there for 5 yrs and have always walked out with great hair. Annie and her staff are very friendly and eager to help with color choices and hair styles. Would highly recommend it.

NEVER GO THERE. I have long dark hair past my mid back and I asked for shade of medium chestnut brown and a long A-line with the shortest length touching my shoulder. The owner and her assistant completely stripped all of my color, turning it platinum blonde and literally "melted" my hair at ear-length. I was horrified. They then dyed it the wrong shade of brown, which turned my hair into a tint of green and blonde. They deep conditioned it and redyed it and the color came out a neon orange. Once dried, they chopped it to a straight-chin length cut and claimed it to be a short a-line. After 6 dreadful hours, I walked out of the salon with an ugly cut, a horrible color, and hair so damaged it made public hair look conditioned. AND they wanted to charge me for labor work of $90.00. I highly do NOT recommend.
