They have helped me twice this year when no other could. They are friendly and amazing

They are the best when it comes to fixing glasses. I take mine to them when ever I need the plugs to be changed or a wire needs fixing. They take care of you right away, very nice and honest and great customer service.

After a bit of frustration it worked out well. My glasses were replaced with new ones @ no charge. Steve did the right thing. I appreciate it very much. . I'm a happy costumer.

I was in and out in under 5 minutes, and they were able to repair my glasses for $10. I will definitely go to them in the future for my glasses repair needs.

I went here to get my daughter's glasses fixed. They were fast, professional and inexpensive. We left and their glasses were like new! Recommend them highly!

Poor labor quality, replaced ear pieces on my glasses, broke again the next day! $35 down the drain! Not to mention the $30 gas I spent to drive there!

My daughter broke her frames and after looking at every place that sells glasses in Fresno we still couldn't afford their prices. I had my glasses fixed there, I am a school bus driver and I needed my glasses fixed right away. I did not have time to go and get new glasses at the time. Yes I was happy with the results of there work and would refer them and I have.

I have been to this store twice and I have recieved the best cusotmer service EVER, and I should know I do customer service everyday of my job. When no one else would fix my frames that I broke accidently. Steve was the only person that would look at it and everyone else was telling me that I had to buy new frames. Steve not only fixed my frames cleaned the lens and then adjusted them to fit me, that was over two years ago and the frames are still working. You can't even tell that they were repaired. I have gone back to him to have my glass re adjusted and I when I get new glasses I will go see him to adjust them again even after having them just adjusted from the store that I purchased them at did it.
