I love Elegant Bride! my friend introduced me to them some years ago and when it came time for my wedding, I knew exactly where to go. I went with a clear mind and left the picking up to them. the mother/ daughter team they have is amazing, they always make me feel like family, which is why I recommend them to all my friends when they get engaged. if you want honesty in how you look in a dress or what style suits your body best; they are who you want to go to. I prefer for people to be brutally honest on how I look in a particular dress than them being more concerned about making money off of me and just agreeing with every dress I try on. great wedding dress experience, give them a chance and you will not regret it.

I had two appointments this day, to be honest at first I was skeptical and let down when I told them the line I liked and it was way out of my budget. Then when I told them my budget I got the look like I was crazy. I think they read my disappointment on my face, they worked within my budget and I got an amazing dress with all the alterations free!! They gave me a fantastic deal! I am excited, try the place it was worth it. Don't be a bridezilla, go in with an open mind and you will be pleased with the customer service and the amazing amount of dresses to choose from. No need for second appointment!

My experience was wonderful! I was the winner of the fig garden wedding! They mms you feel like part of the family! Mother and daughter got me through some of my tears! So many dresses to choose from, had to have an appointment but i love that because they give me the one on one service i deserve, i felt like they did everything to accomadate my budget and style i needed. If i can rate them a 10 star i would.

i thought this bridal store was wonderful they were so helpful and patient with me i could not make my mind up, i must have tried on over 100 dresses not to mention they have everything you need there and they are so pleasant to work with i felt like a friend not a customer so if you are getting married you need to stop in elegant bride and i am sure they wont let you down!!

When I went to Elegant Bride, I told her that my budget was between $700-1000. That didn't cause her to kick me out of the store, but she told me that it takes 6-7 months to get a dress and this was after I told her my wedding was in about 6 months. She then told me that if I made a decision to buy a particular dress that day, that she would knock $300 off. But, ONLY if I bought it that day. I asked her if I could come by and try on the dresses again and she told me that she will not work with someone that came in more than 3 times to try on a dress. Imagine that, the most important dress a girl will buy hopefully in her lifetime and she is treated like that.



Also, about 14 years ago, my sister bought her dress from her and on the day of the wedding, the check was deposted in her account for the dress, but hadn't been posted. The owner was not going to let her take the dress until she had the money in her hand.

I was looking for my wedding dress. We stoped by there and wanted to set an appt. up. I then Showed the lady the dress that I liked in a pic she told me the name of the dress and said it was a cheap dress and they do not carry that brand. I then let her know that I just wanted that style not that dress. She then asked my budget for a dress when I told her that I didn't want to spend over $1000.00 dollars. She said there is nothing there for me. If I wanted cheap to go to Davids Bridal.

Fantastic Store! So many to choose from! I must have tried 50 gowns, i made about 5 different appointments and they were kind to have patience with me. I really appreciated their patience. Definately check out their selection, i dont think anyone in fresno has a selection like theirs.

I never knew that returning to a business to seek service more than twice was deserving of being told you are a waste of time. After trying on dresses twice at Elegant Bride I returned with a list of dresses I would like to try by designers Elegant Bride "claims" to carry. I was told that they could not get the dresses and if I want that dress then I should go back to where I first saw it (which was out of town). Then I was bluntly told that I was interrupting the owner's lunch and needed to come back during my appointment time (15 minutes later). From my experiences as well as others that I know of, Elegant Bride owners will be pushy and rude in less you buy the first time you are in their store. Like I said the owner told me more than once "I was a waste of her time". Who's the customer again??? Looks like they could use some customer service classes...
