Despite of all of the negative reviews for this location I had a wonderful experience here while searching for the gown of my dreams! The staff was friendly and my stylist Cristina was amazing ❤ She asked all the right questions and was full of the expertise required to help me find the One. And that I did. The manager was also very friendly as well as attentive. Thank you Cristina and David's Bridal for making that special day for me a memorable one!

Had a great experience here. Made my appointment and had Halle's undivided attention for the whole hour and a half. We even went over time and she had another appointment and never rushed me at all. I knew the exact dress I wanted and she ordered me a brand new one with rushed shipping. It only took about 4 weeks. Props to davids bridal for being a one stop shop.

If you're planning your wedding pls do NOT think of DAVIDS BRIDAL their customer service it's horrible you don't get the attention you deserve. I went there to try on some dresses for the first time and I don't know what I was thinking that I bought my dress right away even though I was so disappointed on how they were treating me I guess because I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible my story it's long but all make it quick trust me you don't want to go there and end up with a bad experience David's bridal it's not the only bridal store so pls if you have the opportunity do not waste your time there and go where you will feel appreciated!!!

I purchased my dress in Feb. 2012, and that was the beginning of a horrible nightmare! After purchasing my dress, the customer service was terrible and alterations never fixed my dress 100%. Weeks before my wedding Davids Bridal had to reorder my dress because the alterations they had done, were beyond repair. The day of my wedding, I came to find that all along the waist of my dress was undone. The lace (what I loved about my dress) was not sown back into place. I held my bouquet in front of me most of my wedding to cover the front of my dress, because it keep bunching up in the front (is was not sown back into place). It was so embarrassing having everyone come up to me to try and fix my dress. I spent well over $1,500 there and $300 on alterations alone. I would hate for someone else to have to go through the same thing. Where ever you go to look for a dress, check reviews before you make you purchase. I wish I would have! Seems I am not the only one that this has happened to :(

i ordered my dress, veil, headpiece, bra, slip, and all my brides maid's dresses from here.

of all of my brides maids, only my sister received a phone call when their dresses came in. the only reason we even found out the other dresses came in was because she asked when she picked up her dress and was able to take theirs home as well.



my wedding dress was scheduled to come in about may 15th. on may 26th, i figured i'd give them a call to check the status (figuring at least a slip could have come in). it was at this point, they tried to say that everything had "just come in." this is not possible as all pieces were sent out on different dates and from different locations.

when i picked up the dress, i figured i should at least check to be sure everything was there. turns out, they ordered the WRONG BRA SIZE!!!!! when i told them this, they seemed to think it wasn't their fault (but we all know, no woman ever accidentally claims to have a smaller chest than they actually have). the correct bra size was a style that was discontinued and couldn't be here for my wedding. instead, they decided to go ahead and give me an "in stock" (which means used...i know this because the bra she gave me had a spot in the exact same spot as the one i had tried on a month prior). yes, they cleaned the bra but still made me pay close to full price (i got 20% off because i was a little upset about paying full price for a used undergarment).



needless, to say i am not pleased and think that every bride deserves to find a store that will not add to the stress of a wedding. please do not go to this store unless you have A LOT of time from the time you place your order till the time you actually need your dress. this was a complete headache.

My bride to be and I have been to davids bridal a few times lately with our wedding approaching. Everytime we have been there the service has been horrible. W may as well be invisible. They aren't friendly And very unattentive. Last time my fiancé left ready to cry it was so bad. Today she went Elegant bride and sai the service there was amazing. So screw davids bridal and go where you feel appreciated. Elegant bride.

Sales rep was knowledgable and patient as I tried on several dresses. Helpful without being pushy and gave me the time and space to make decisions without making me feel neglected. Highly recommend this location!
