I was told by my former employer the owner of the Security Prevention Security 1 to bring the work uniform at location on Sierra blvd in Fresno so i would get pay. After parking my car at the location for about half an hour an employee patrol car from the company Crime Prevention Security 1 pulled to parking lot next to me.I brought my security work uniform to the employee he handle me my check that mentioned an illegal deduction. i contacted the owner of the company to let him know the fact that he charged me $ 50.00 for towing wish i totally disagreed he refused to reply my message because i expressed concern to the employee that was standing next to me.the employee have contacted the owner about the illegal charge , the employee under the order from the owner had informed me that i am obligated to accept the check he (the employee) also pressured me to sign an agreement to honor the illegal deduction check in order to receive the $ 50.00 in the future date wish i refused because i did not agreed with the present full amount from the beginning explained to the employee that i will prefer to receive the check with the right amount that the owner owed me included with the $ 50.00 illegal charge all at once.Also the employee had refused to take the work uniform back because i did not accept the present check wish had an inaccurate amount that i disagree with.
-i have contacted the owner of the Crime Prevention Security 1
company many times about the pay issues wish he (the owner)completely ignored.
Until to day November 10,2018 i have not been payed ! i did filed a complain with the Labor Commissioner Office in Fresno and wait to hear from them soon !
-i am advising anyone that is looking for a security guard position please do not work for this company you will regret it later on ! They cheat on the workers like they cheated me.
They are very dishonest .
