The most awful customer service I’ve ever had in my life. The sales man was extremely rude and they messed up my order twice. First time it wasn’t even the right frame I ordered they then exchanged it for me and the second time it was to small and my mattress was sliding around everywhere. The sales guy told me it’s mynown fault because I picked it out even though he knew that frame I picked out did t go to the bed I previously bought few days before. They just wanted a sale. Second time they wouldnt even exchange it or give refunds. I ended up having to sell the frame I bought. They care more about money then they do customers. There furniture is cheaply made an high priced.. The sales man seems like he just doesn’t care about anything and just says the customer chooses what they want so it’s there own fault if it doesn’t fit or not the right one.I will not deal with this store ever again.

We spoke to a man named steve concerning a 7 piece bed room set. The service was horrible. I had ordered the funiture on a friday and was told it would be delivered on the following wednesday between 3 and 4PM. My bedroom set didn't arrive until almost 8pm that wednesday nite. When we called to ask why the set has not arrived steve attempted to make a side deal with us telling us he wouldn't give us the dressers until we paid $180.00 extra to have the dressers delivered. After calling the financing corporate office I was informed to not pay the Cost-U-Less Furniture because they had already been payed and I was to recieve all of my mechandise upon deliver. I went down to the store to collect my items and The sale associate Steve refused to give the items items to me stating to us that ,THAT WAS OUR SIDE DEAL WHY DID I HAVE TO EXPOSE HIM TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE.? He became very definsive after being caught in his own lie of deception And still refused to give the mechandise after everything was said and done . I should have recieved my 7 piece bedroom set and not a 5 piece as agreed upon instead he gave me grief and tried to minipulate me into paying for items that had already been paid for by the finance company....MY WARNING TO ALL FUTURE CUSTOMERS IS STEER CLEAR OF COST -U-LESS FURNITURE ON CEDAR AND CLINTON THEY'RE DISHONEST AND HAVE NO BUSINESS ETHICS.

Cost U Less furniture is amazing! Their staff was really nice and really helpful They had the best deals compared to other known stores. I have been to other furniture stores and they beat their prices. I was looking for a bedroom set which I got a really good deal on. They delivered my furniture on time and set it up real fast with no problems. Definitely will recommend this store to my family and friends.

They were right on time with my order there really fast setting up my liveing room set..

- (NEGATIVE) 5 STARS... Worst furniture place EVER! Purchases $400 marble dining table set, paid cash on the spot. Was promised 3-4 weeks that it would be here. Waited, 5th week, NOTHING! I called and was told special orders takes up to 6 weeks. 6th week, no table. Calls after calls, promises after promises, NOTHING! After 3 months, and running out of patience and kindness, and because they did not even bother to call to us to let us know, I took my husband to the store to talk MAN to MAN with Steve who sold us our table! There was another customer with the same issue in the store when we got there. When it was our turn, my husband gave it to him. Steve thought he could nicely talk my husband and I out of our table with a different one. No way... and since Steve wanted to know what would make us happy, my husband told him! If he wanted us to be happy, he could get on his knees and suck my husband's d**k, even in front of the other customer. That customer said the same thing, that after he got done with my husband, he can do the same to please him. After that my husband made him write his promise on the back of our receipt. He promised one week, and in one week, we were surprised that we got our exact order in perfect condition. We will never go there again or refer anyone over! BIGGEST CROOKS and LIARS!

We ordered a bedroom set and a bed frame with upgraded mattress!! They keep changing the arrival date and reasons why it hasnt gotten here,serious consequences will be done!! ... This is why it is very important to read reviews when going to a locally owned.store, I would reather go to a.chain store with good reviews and pay twice the amount than going to locally owned store and pay less to not see it arrive!!! PLEASE.DON'T GICE THESE CROOKS ANY MORE BUSINESS OR YOUR MONEY, THEY ACT NICE AT FIRST TO GET THE DEAL GOING,.AND JUSY MAKE UP EXCUSES!!!

I paid cash for a couch and chair they had to order. The receipt said 7-10 days for delivery but 20 days later, still no couch. They were unwilling to give a refund or exchange a different couch and deliver both. The delivery driver from LA could not even promise a delivery within an additional week. so we ended up trading all the cash we paid for a couch they had in stock and had to give up the chair, because the couch they had was twice as much money as the one we ordered! My first experience buying NEW furniture was horrible and I would not recommend this place to anyone! I didn't get what I wanted, was given the run around and was unable to even get a refund AFTER they broke the contract! Do not shop here unless you want to end up in small claims court!

I bought a dining room table from them 2/23/11!! And it's almost one year later an I am still getting the run around and have yet to see my table! People are super shady! Every week it's a new excuse to why my table still isn't in. Owner yelled at me in front of my 3yr old daughter saying it was my fault he didnt remember me and I was lying but when his wife walked in she knew exactly who one was so he had to put his foot in his mouth and then he had the audacity to try and upsell me on a different table that they had already in stock. I threatened if my table wasn't in soon my next step was small claims court! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

This place is horrible don't go there people they will cheat you...bad customers service...give u the broken chair and said that u did it...........i will never go there ever again hope they go out of business for treating everyone bad....................................i will give then no stars at all if i had a choice....hate then so much hopefully soon to heard from then that they will go out of business

I made the mistake of giving these crooks my hard earned money. I delt directly with the owner and my wife and I picked out a sofa set, we also picked out a dinning table. I asked him before the money exchange if he was shure he had the table set and the sofa set and he said yes. 4 pm comes but no furniture yet, I called and the owner said he has the sofa set but has to wait 2 weeks for the table. I told him I wanted my money back for the table then but he was not wanting to give it back, he wanted to give me another table. So I went back to his store and picked another table but upon my inspection was not sturdy, he pleaded that he has another one that is very sturdy and like a sucker I trusted this scamer. So 10 pm and they finally show up with my stuff only to put 5 rips on my sofa set while dragging it up the stairs, it was not huge rips and it was on the rear so I let it slide like a idiot. The dinning table was ok, 27 days into this ordeal the table is beyond unsturdy and both sofas are peeling and have bubbles and streach marks covering nearly every inch of both sofas, I took pics and drove back to this store again, told the OWNER that this has been a nightmare, showed him the pics and told him I wanted my money back or sofas that dont age 3 years in 27 days. He told me that it looked like I put hot water on it and he would do nothing to fix this. At this point I was fed up with this crook, I told him this was BS and that I was contacting the proper agency to get my money back, I hate to think how manny times he has stole peoples hard earned cash. THERE CROOKS

WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!! They messed up on our order 2 times and did not want to refund our money. I will never shop here again! We ordered a sectonal couch and they said they would have it here by thursday or friday. They did not deliver it on those days. They then said they will have it by Monday or Tuesday. WRONG...we called on Wednesday and they finally told us that they discountinued that couch. All this time we waited to here that our couch has been discountinued. They didnt even call us and tell us. We had to call them! Then we ordered a different couch from them and they brought us a couch that look similar to what we ordered but not the one we ordered. We ordered a Simmons brand and they brought us this off brand that kind of looked like it but was definetely not the couch i wanted. They thought they could switch the couch without me knowing but nope GOT CAUGHT!! They couch they brought to me was not the couch i wanted and they wanted me to keep it. It had 5 scratches all over it. It was horrible. We wanted our refund but they did not want to give it to us. They are a bunch of liars. I asked to speak to the owner and he said he will not be in until Tuesday. Once you know the owner shows up 5 mintues later. what a bunch of liars. I do not recommend this place.
