If your future with your children, and their safety is important, I am one of many parents who advise AGAINST using this facility for your child exchanges. I had to hire a private investigator to investigate this facility because the facility was treating me very poorly and I didn't do anything to provoke this. The private investigator found that the facility was very dishonest....examples: They were sneeking my ex (a perpertrator of domestic violence) through the back of the building and telling me he was coming through the front like all the other parents! They were telling me I could leave the building because he was no longer in the building (I had a restraining order against him) when infact the Private Investigator taped that he was still in the building and when I left, he followed me. They charged me for being late, but not him! One another incident, the Private Investigator taped and recorded DOUG COOLIDGE (the owner of the facility) talking, laughing, and smoking cigarrettes with my ex in front of the building for 45 minutes after the exchange had already happened, and they were talking about the letter that his wife (DIANE COOLIDGE) was going to write to help my ex out! So this was the worst experience I have ever been through and with all my evidence, I got the facility changed. SO I WARN ALL PARENTS ABOUT THIS DISHONEST FACILITY, BECAUSE I DON'T WANT THEM TO GO THROUGH WHAT I DID.
