I had my Central Vac installed by Cal-Central 25 years ago and recommend them to anyone who builds a new house. Not only do I love my "house Vac", but the Storviks are extremely knowledgable, reliable, trustworthy and available. The very few times I have had a problem, they have come out promptly and taken care of it swiftly. I still have the same unit & it's still working perfectly. Great product & exceptional service!

Wow. What a breath of fresh air. The service man was knowledgeable and .. well just really good at figuring out what was wrong with my vacuum right away. He had all the parts in truck too so even though he replaced the main motor in my vacuum unit he was done in like 20 or 30 minutes. I think the best part though was that it's not often anymore (and I've been around a few years) that you meet a service tech who you just feel like you can completely trust right off the bat and I really felt good about letting this guy into my house to work on my vacuum. I guess what I'm trying to say is if you have a broken built-in vacuum then call Cal-Central Vac. -Steve
