We recently had Brian Hobbs Roofing come out for repairs of our roof, due to damages done by a satellite company. From the time we contacted them for a free estimate, to the completion of the job; they went over and above what was expected. The work was done in a timely matter and the crew went out of their way to insure our property was kept clean from debris. Brian even had paint matched from our excisting facia and plywood, so all repairs looked flawless. We would recommend this roofing company due to their reliabilty, customer service, and attention to detail. We are very pleased with the results.

Hobbs roofing did put a new roof on my house with some new, different material which seemed like a good way to go. The main problem I had experienced prior to the re-roofing was that there were some sags in the roof that collected large puddles of water which eventually leaked. Above all I wanted these areas that sag to be repaired. After the job was completed, the sags were still there so I called Mr. Hobbs to come back and fix them which was my first and most primary concern. He worked on it a bit more and there was still no improvement. and he said that he could not repair it. There were also promises to come back and finish some things that were left undone and that never happened and I had to do that work myself. The job was very expensive. Thus far there have been no leaks, however, I have large puddles on my roof every time it rains so it is only a matter of time. I would not recommend this company and have advised against it on several occasions.

I recently completed contract administration on a new roof and a re-roof job with Mr. Hobbs. The new roof was a complicated slate roof on a million dollar two-story home and the re-roof was on a large two-story home I designed in 1984. Mr. Hobbs and his crews completed both jobs in a timely and professional manner. As an architect and general contractor I am always on the look out for subcontractors that are knowledgeable, follow plans and instructions, consistent, trustworthy, work efficiently and follow-through. Mr. Hobbs, his foremen and crews are one of the best roofing contractors I have ever worked with for the last 30+ years. Mr. Hobbs will be the first call I make for any future new roof work and roof repair. I have developed complete confidence and trust in Mr. Hobbs.
