I bought a case and it broke at one end where the front piece and back piece connect. It only lasted a week! I kept it on it just kept breaking all the other sides!
My husband bough a anti glare stick on for his phone and it doesn't even work.

I am normally not that big on complaining about companies but seriously this place is horrible!!! I took my laptop top in for some complications and i kept talking to him about it, about two weeks later he tells me that it wasn't the first thing wrong it is now something completely different. So i agreed to let him fix it, in this process he tried to get me to buy something for it that i didn't need or want telling me its the best idea. okay i do not want it and i said no take that answer please! Finally i got feed up with waiting for my computer to be done so i ask him how it was going nothing he reads it and doesn't reply so a few days later i then ask him about my computer he lies to me and tells me he didn't see my message. That is complete bs i know he did so i keep asking about my computer, he tells me he is still waiting for the iOS system okay we received that email a week ago saying you received it!! two lies in a manner of minutes. Finally i just went down to his store showed him the emails and he finally gets my computer in working. while we were in the store one of the employees or family member start talking crap on one of the customers who just left! you run a professional business do not do that! seriously a month with my computer it finally is giving back, to find out that some screws are missing and if not missing it is crocked. NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!!!

The people that are writing positive posts about this place are obviously the owners and their friends. What a joke. Terrible experience with these guys. I called twice to confirm pricing to replace 3 phones. I read the post above and it was basically the same scam, get me across town in the door and then change the deal. We walked away. It was a complete scam. the "owner" didn't have enough courage to even talk with me directly. I can't believe this place is in business. What a scam.

I broke my iPhone a few months ago and messed up the screen pretty bad and needed a new one and when I went in there they were nice to a point and gave me what seemed to be a good deal so I payed them and then I waited for a few hrs then when And took a look at my phone I was so happy to have it looking like new again I quickly went home when I got there I realize that the girl that worked on my phone had broke my button to my phone and then I called and called and when I finally showed up there they told me they would fix it but I would have to pay more and I was like hell no you f***ing broke it so why so I have to so they turned me away I will never go there again to have them fix anything on any of my phones again

My favorite place.. I always always goto Brayan's when I need to get anything for my phone!! The prices are decent & Brayan & the whole family are beyond helpful.. super friendly!! Definitely recommend them to everyone!!!!

I went to this store to get a screen protector for my iPhone 4. I purchased an anti glare protector, a bumper case and I said yes to them installing the protector for me for an additional $3.00. The boy who installed it obviously did not work there and turned out to be the brother of one of the female employees. After bickering with her about letting him install it, which I thought to be very unprofessional, he installed it and did it wrong. So I had to wait another 10 minutes or do while another one was put on. A week later, it fell off and when I took it back to them, they refused to refund me, or even give me a new one. I will not be returning for any reason. Very unprofessional!!

If you take your Iphone or Ipod here for repair... first off don't but if you do double check to make sure everything is working before you leave. Took my sons Ipod to fix the cracked screen and when I got it back and gave to my son the camera and on/off button didn't work. I went by the store twice in the following week and the store was not open during its posted hours so went back on my lunch couple 5 days later and they told me I only had three days to bring it back in to be covered under their warranty and now it was going to cost additional $65 to look at it and that the button and camera are not touched when replacing the screen. I took to another repair place and they looked at it and fixed and didn't even charge me (took two minutes to fix) because I bought a case while they looked at it. He said it was a simple fix and it was because the way the case was reassembled after fixing the screen. Also if you plan on waiting around while they look at your phone be prepared to listen to the garbage that comes out of the mouths of all the friends and family that obviously don’t have jobs while you wait.... they are constantly making comments while you are talking to the rude people who work there and couple even offered to fix it for $40 if I came by his garage. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional environment.
