I contracted Basic Concrete to lay a patio and a walkway several years ago and they did a phenomenal job at a phenomenal price. I tried to hire them again for another job a few years ago but they didn't answer their phone nor return any calls. Fast forward to today, I tried to contract them for a third job but couldn't make it to the appointment. I called to find out what happened and was told he would arrive within twenty minutes. That never happened and they didn't answer their phone when I called the second time. They're capable of doing quality work but the work can't be done when they don't show up.

Horrible Services... I would not recommend... If you luck out with them answering their phones... don't bother... they will schedule an appointment to come out... and when they should be at your house... they call to reschedule.... Tried it twice and the same scenario both times... I don't have time for crappy service like that!!!

these guys are quick and the quality is great. Their pricing is fair and I will always call them first for an estimate.

They added cement to my side yard, the driveway and part of my broken sidewalk for 1/2 the price of other companies and it was quality..
