My A/C stop working right in the middle of this last heat wave. I gave them a call.
They showed up as fast as they could in hours of me calling. The service men were very professional. Found what was wrong & had it up & running in no time. It even colder then it was since last service.
Price was very reasonable. Couldn't ask for anything better, best service I have every received for any other.
I will always give them a from now on for all of my air conditioning and plumbing needs.

So glad I called Art Douglas and they came to the rescue. Had a busted toilet and Reed came out and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Also informed me about contacting home owners insurance to fix the ceiling. Will definitely use Art Douglas again. Thank you. Kristin Wilson

Being our AC was in desire need of being serviced, I called a close friend to ask who they used for their AC needs. They have been extremely pleased with Art Douglas. I called and scheduled for the following day. Steve arrived on time and was friendly, professional, polite, knowledgeable and thorough. He asked questions regarding the history of our unit. Initially, he checked the Freon and shared with me how much a unit holds and how much I need, prior to assessing the rest of the AC unit. Taking into consideration how old our unit is, I was the one who questioned about a new unit. Steve was patient and very thorough in answering all my questions regarding our existing unit and a new one, without any sales pressure what so ever. Not wanting to put too much money into an old unit, I told Steve it would be wise on our part if we purchased a new one. Steve was generous with his time, and I was pleased with his attention to detail. He explained the features of the new unit and how it’s installed, and replaced the thermostat and set up the Sensi thermostat on my phone.
Omar and his crew arrived the next morning and installed the new unit. They were professional, courteous, and devoted to their profession, working hard the entire time. They kept me informed of the work they were doing, which I appreciated. Upon completion, Omar was thorough in explaining all they had done and he reviewed all warranties and the Superiorcare Agreement with me. Quality service is guaranteed! It is obvious Omar and his team take great pride and pleasure in what they do and working for Art Douglas. They truly care about their customers and their quality of work. We very much appreciate the prompt, professional service and will most definitely be calling on them for future maintenance AND plumbing as well. We are enjoying our new HVAC and appreciate the one year service plan which is included. Overall, a great experience, a great team, great service, and a great company! I have used Art Douglas a few times for work on my heater, but recently my AC went out during 105 degree weather. Omar was out the next day and had my AC up and running within 10 minutes of his arrival. Great attitude and service each time I have used them; I would highly recommend them for any work you need done.

Yesterday morning I called 11 A/C companies and not one could come look at our A/C. Then I called Art Douglas and within four hours he sent Omar out to look at the A/C and Omar had it fixed in no time. He was knowledgeable, and informed us of how to help keep our A/C in good condition. We were so please we even took out a Superiorcare agreement to have him come back in the fall to check our heater & air in the spring of next year for A/C. We would highly recommend this company. I called in the am and they sent Omar out to fix my A/C. He was very friendly and his knowledge was outstanding. I would recommend this company to anyone. Omar is a math genious.

I had a leak in the water line that led to my refrigerator. Art Douglas Plumbing was the only one who could send someone to my house the same day. Just minutes after I hung up the phone, Josh called to let me know he was on his way and was at my house within about 30 minutes. He was very polite, and very knowledgeable in the profession. He had my leak fixed in no time, my water turned back on, and everything was back to normal. He also suggested a couple of things I could do to speed up the drying process of the area that had gotten pretty wet. Thanks to Josh and Art Douglas Plumbing, there was no major water damage, and the price for all this was very reasonable. I highly recommend Art Douglas Plumbing.

My main drainage line was plugged up. Josh from Art Douglas came out promptly and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently.

Recently my AC quit late in the afternoon. I was promised a spot on the list the next day which was forecast to be 103. I called at 8am and within an hour a tech showed up, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Art Douglas has taken care of my plumbing and AC issues. They are always prompt and professional. I definitely recommend these guys.

I called for a toilet repair due to a clogged pipe. I was worried about the cost and damage at the time. I had not run into this problem before. Courteous & professional staff, easy to set up appointment. Technician Reed Morris is the best - he drained the hot water heater, fixed the leaky tub faucet & cleaned the sewer line, all with the nicest personality, too.

I could not get my thermostat to kick my heater on. I called up the first company in the phone book I could find and it so happened to be art douglas. I was thrilled that they sent a man out the same day. The problem got solved and I am nice and warm. Thank you!

My neighbor recommended Art Douglas. I called the company to have a plumber install a new kitchen faucet for me. I was surprised by the promptness of their arrival. The job was done in a timely manner, and I could not be happier.

I had a great service with Reed Morris, he was friendly, courteous and knew what had to be done. The master bedroom toilet was stopped up. Reed did what he was supposed to do and to my surprise (I shouldn't be surprised) he found a small plastic dragon stuck. Was one of my great grandson's dragon.

They knew what they were talking about and the heater technician was very professional. THey came out during that big storm and fixed my heater
