Had a leaking toilet and Stewart rebuilt the toilets insides with brand new parts quickly and it not works better than ever and no leaks! Came out quickly after we called and fixed the toilet promptly. He also came out the next to fix the other toilet which had issues and was fixed the next day by Stewart.

Called my usual plumbing company but they couldn’t get anyone out til the next day, so I decided to try Art Douglas Plumbing. Glad I did—not only did they have a tech out earlier than their original estimate, but the tech, Stewart R., quickly removed the roots from our drain and things were back in order—PLUS they charged a lot less than our usual plumbing company. Glad our usual plumber was busy! Would highly recommend!

My water heater would not work and turn on. I called Art Douglas Plumbing who has 24hrs service. I was returned the call promptly by the technician Stewart Riggleman . He arrived at my home at the time he said he would and fixed the problem. Stewart Riggleman explained to me in full detail what my water heater was doing and the problem that occurred. Definitely will be calling this company again if the chance arises.

One phone call and the problem was resolved that very day. Stewart Riggleman was very helpful and prompt in resolving the issue with the plumbing.

During the remodel of my garage I had new cabinets installed and required a new sink to replace the plastic utility sink that had been in place for 10+ years.. I needed a plumber to install the sink shortly after the cabinets were fully installed (I was anxious). There was an Art Douglas truck in the neighborhood so I called the number on the truck and they were able to come out the next morning. Stewart R. did a great job - even in 40 degree temps. He used silicone seal to hold the sink in place, routed the drain pipe to take as little room as possible inside the cabinet then installed the faucet and checked for leaks. I was very satisfied with the clean installation and was impressed with the way Stewart presented himself and seemed to genuinely enjoy his job as evidenced by the work he did for me.

Service was fast and Stewart R. Was great. We will be using their services again. Great company Thanks

Stewart was our service technician he came out to our home and explained thoroughly what it would take to fix a broken drain pipe in our wall, the following day he called ahead to inform us of his arrival , did an excellent job in repairing the pipe, We are very pleased with his work.

We phoned & got a same day appointment. Stewart showed up exactly when we were told he would. He went right to work & unclogged our shower drain. Good job!

Stewart came on Friday and checked on the issue. I had to go to work so he came back Saturday to finish the job. He not only provided excellent work but was exceptionally courteous. 10 out of 10 Rating.

I called Art Douglas Plumbing late Saturday afternoon with a bad kitchen sink faucet, leaky valve and a rusted on nut. I had no water to the house and needed a new faucet assembly installed. Stewart from Art Douglas Plumbing Inc. arrived within 30 minutes and had everything fixed and installed in about an hour. Stewart was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Art Douglas Plumbing.

Excellent Service, Fast to get the work done, had my mobile home park's main water line break multiple times due to pge upgrade program and they got the line fixed within less than 5 hours and water back on for all 150 residents. very professional and courteous to my residents, helped with my residents get there gas lines fixed for HCD Testing. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FOR ANY MANAGER TO CALL STEWARD R, AND ROBERT L. TO FIX ANY PLUMBING JOB.

During one of Fresno's hot spells (109 degrees) our upstairs air conditioner broke down and we needed a new condenser. We called on Art Douglas Plumbing who was recommended by a neighbor and we were very pleased to have the new part delivered and installed within 24 hours. I couldn't be happier with the results! Had a pipe break in my backyard, called Art Douglas plumbing, and they were at my house in less than an hour. They came back the next day and fixed the pipe. Very professional and courteous. I would definitely use them for any future need.

Art Douglas took great care of us during this horrific heat wave! They were kind, professional, and prompt. I have already recommended them to a colleague and I will continue to refer everyone I know here.

My air conditioner broke at the beginning of July and I was without cooling during a record breaking number of days over 100°. After 37 days without a/c, my home warranty company told me the parts necessary to fix my unit were still 52 days away - almost making my unit unrepairable. I started called HVAC companies for quotes on a new unit and Art Douglas was one of 5 companies I contacted. Although Steve was happy to provide me a quote for a new unit, he asked for an opportunity to look at my current unit. After just minutes on my roof he said with confidence that he could fix the problem with my unit that afternoon even though I had been previously told parts were 52 days away! Steve called me an hour later with news that the parts were located and could be installed the following morning. HVAC tech Jason did the installation and within a hour I had a working a/c again! Steve made a special trip out to my house while Jason was doing the installation to insure my satisfaction and reinforce his promise of getting my unit back running!
I waited 37 days for what Art Douglas' staff fixed in an afternoon and was saved thousands of dollars by not buying a new unit!
I HIGHLY recommend Art Douglas Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning!!!
