Great service, even on the weekend! Stewart was very much the pro and took care of our leaking comode. (He even took an extra 5 minutes to shore up my wobbly mailbox post!) I have no hesitation in recommending him/them.

Met with Omar from Art Douglas plumbing today , I am requesting proposals for replacement of my 23 year old hvac unit, I was impressed about his promptness, professionalism, and knowledge. He was able to discuss options, was very informative, would consider this company seriously in the future for putting in an hvac unit!

Excellent Service! I called on Saturday afternoon before Easter and to my surprise someone answered the phone. The technician, Stewart, arrived within 15 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and provided several workable solutions to a blocked sewer line. Highly recommended.

Office answered my concern...technician was sent when available...Stewart was kind, diligent and efficient, and he laughed at my bad jokes.

Stewart Riggleman was nice. He is very effician,did a good job and fast [ did not take very long to fix the problems]. I will request for him for sure if I happened to have any plumbing problem in the future.

My family and I moved into our new place and we had no idea we'd be faced with plumbing issues. I threw a load of laundry into the washer for the first time at the new place and minutes later we had a flood all over our brand new floors. We called Art Douglas Plumbing and Stewart was our technician. He was very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Within minutes he had the drain unclogged and I was right back at washing clothes in no time! I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

I had called two other companies, one did not return my phone call the other could not come out till late afternoon. Called Art Douglas Plumbing at 7:30 and at 8:30 Stuart was at my door. He assessed the problem told me what needed to be done..my mobile home had almost 2 feet of water under it. Stuart and two others put in new piping and a new water heater....and everything is working great. Yes I do recommend them.

I had a stopped up toilet and Stewart was here within 30 minutes and cleared up the problem quickly and efficiently I will be calling on him for any future plumbing problems.

I had Stewart come to my house today to fix my whistling toilet. He was prompt and only took him 30 minutes to fix it and he also fixed my wobbly sink. Greatly appreciated as now I won't be kept up as my toilet wont be whistling any more. Thanks Stewart.

We got home from work and found that one of the valves under our laundry room sink had burst. I searched for an after hours plumber and contacted Art Douglas. Stewart called within 10 minutes and arrived a short time later. He showed me options on how to replace the valve properly. All of which were the same low price. Not only did I find a good plumber, I will be calling them in the spring to service my A/C unit.

We used art Douglas to fix our kitchen sink and clear the drains in our home. We were so impressed by their work that I had told all my neighbors next time they need a plumber to call art douglas. They have made me a believer. Loved the fine work done by Stewart Riggleman.Their employees are always so polite.

My kitchen faucet has been clogged and no water was coming...so u found Art Douglas on here with 5 star rating so I called them and they got here pretty fast. When the technician got here he tested all my pipes and said it was running great but then told me to replace the faucet for $700...I told him it's not the faucet because I just bought it brand new 2 days ago. He continued to tell me it's a cheap faucet and it's because of the faucet, that's why it's not running water. After he had went left, I went under the sink and got out all the dirt and sand that was clogged in it out and now it's running great. These people aren't even trying to fix it...they just want to make u waste money. Do not call these guys ever.

I had a shower head that had been leaking for quite some time and was getting worse. I decided to call a plumber because I'm not very confident when it comes to this skill. I found Art Douglas on google and it said they were quick to respond (1 hour) and would get a person out quickly so I called.

That is exactly what happened. I got a phone call back almost immediately and had the first available plumber at my door within 2 hours. The gentleman's name is Robert. He was professionally dressed, courteous, and friendly. I showed him the plumbing issue I was having. He asked me two questions and then explained exactly what needed to be done, even telling me by the answers I gave him what brand the unmarked faucet was. It took him no more than 20 minutes and he was finished.

I have hired plumbing services in Fresno before but I have never been as pleased with the overall professionalism and customer service as I have been with Art Douglas Plumbing. I will not bother to call any other plubming service from here forward.

Needed my water heater replaced, called on Friday and had it installed on Saturday. I appreciate your immediate and promptness service Robert Lugo. I'm definitely going to be calling you for other plumbing issues. Excellent work Robert.
