The girls handle very professionally ... it's a shame that the beloved doctor is retiring but the only reason for not retiring YET?? Is those gals ..bc if they weren't so completely efficient?? It would've been harder on him to continue working his magic .. KUDOS TO YOU BOTH and of course to the gentle and compassionate Dr Singh !!!!

I think Dr. Singh and his staff are very professional and friendly. They always greet me with a smile. There are so many different insurance coverage within one insurance company it is always best to contact your insurer because there is no way for the doctors office to know for sure unless they try and run it through. If you are seeking pain medication you will need to prove why you need, don't expect to walk in and get a script because you have "back pain" etc. Dr. Singh is caring and compassionate to people that have real issues, if you are just seeking narcotic pain medication look elsewhere.

The receptionist could not answer any of my questions, she lost her insurance list ( had me on hold for 5-7 min. looking for it) so she did not even know if the doctor she works for takes my specific insurance. She still tried to make my appt ( bless her heart ), I declined for the sake of not wanting to waste my time.
