Do yourself a big favor and save your time and money. Do not buy your hardwood floors from here. First of all they want 100% of cost up front before the material is ordered. Thankfully you can negotiate and put 50% down. The day after installation is completed, you get a phone call demanding the remainder of the cost. Once you realize the product they sold is defected ( a few days later) and the installer did a botched job and your manufacturer's 30 year warranty is no longer covered, you're pretty much screwed. Yes, you can hire professional hardwood floor inspectors and an attorney that justify all the defects and try to get what you deserve, but believe me (talking first hand experience here), it doesn't help at all.
