my truck i had financed with them was stolen from me on the day i make my car payments. so i held on to that payment until the insurance was involved and i knew what was going to happen keeping them in the loop and giving them updates. when they found my truck i went down and had to use that money i held to tow it back to fresno, NOTIFYING them of my intent before cashing it in and towing the truck "do what you need to to get it back" is what one person told me. This happened on a thursday. after getting it into working condition over the weekend, i call them to make arrangements monday morning and less than 45 minutes of calling them(without notice that it was up for assignment) a repo guys was at my work taking the truck from me!! this company had ME go pay for tow yard fees, storage, tow to get it back to fresno and repairs to get it running, so they could get it from me!!

I find it interesting that so many people is or have experienced practically the same experience with such an unprofessional co. My next step will be to go to the DA office and file an official complaint against them. I've made my payment every month, I decuded to trade my car in all of a sudden many payoff went up 500 more than what's on my statement and they can't even give me a valid explanation, 'written or verbal' causinga delay in me purchasing a vehicle. How are businesses operating in this capacity allowed to get away with this kind of behavior. .. BG

I been in this office and everyone is low class and unprofessional the language they choose to addressed an issue over the phone is of someone working at Kmart

i havent dealt with alot of finance companys but i hope all finance companys are not like these guys!!!!! i paid every payment on time and never missed a payment my balance started getting really low so i decided to just pay it off so i called for my pay off amount and they never called me back i had to call them then the lady finally gave me my payoff amount so i went and paid it through western union and called and gave them my confirmation # and they said my account was paid in full and that i should get my title in a week!!!! well i never got my title but i did get another bill in the mail from them!!! when i called to ask what was going on the lady i talked to was so rude and come to find out the lady that gave me my payoff amount gave me the wrong amount and wasnt suppose to be giving payoff amounts any way!!! then they tried to tell me i heard the amount wrong and didnt do anything to help me!!!!!! be smart and dont finance with this very unprofessional company!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently purchased a vehicle that was supposed to be financed through these guys. Since the day of my purchase, I have yet to receive any payment information from them. I have repeatedly called their offices and have not had any luck getting someone to answer the phone. After I finally got someone to answer, the agent told me to pay by the 26th but he didn't tell me where! What a sloppy operation.

Sent payment via US mail - Office called a few days after the due dated saying they had not recieved payment and I would have to come in to make a payment in office - Stopped by the office to physically make a payment with rep understanding that I was going to place a stop payment on the mailed payment and not to deposit - The same office rep receive the mailed payment and deposited and charged a NSF charge even though the account was current and he was aware of the stop payment
