The driver Mike was on time, professional and courteous. That’s where the good experience ends. Sandy, the dispatcher/call-giver was both rude and inefficient. Maybe the worst attitude I’ve experienced in years. Hung up on us twice. Said customers aggravate her. Constantly raising her voice and interrupting questions. Definitely in the wrong business. lol Not sure how management puts up with someone like that. What a black mark on the company. I’ll also be going to the Board of Directors at American Airlines who uses Skyway as a car service.

WARNING- NEVER USE THIS SERVICE.



Driver was late he can barely speak english and was very nasty. Dispatcher quoted a price and driver change it , ripping me off. I didnt have time to complaint since i had a early flight. I will never make this mistake again, so dont you either. Beware

Warning - DO NOT USE THIS SERV...

Warning - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I had the misfortune of having to take their car service from JFK when Delta bumped me from a flight. I have already complained to Delta and hopefully they will no longer use Skyway. First of all, they are thieves. They stole my Bose headphones and were shameless in doing so. Long story short, they said they were being held for me in their office and the next day when I called to remind them to bring them with them when they picked me up, they said that they were taken. When I complained, I was told, "We don't give a f--- about your headphones" and was hung up on. They also told me that they were not going to pick me up to bring me back to the airport. I called back and asked to speak with management and was told "I am f----- management" and was hung up on again. The driver was unsafe and took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get from JFK to Midtown Manhattan because he avoided all tolls as the previous poster also noted. He spoke loudly on his handheld cellphone the entire way. Unsafe!!! I think he was having an argument with someone. He would also push on the gas and brake pedals one after another and make the car jolt and stop abruptly every few seconds for the first 15 minutes of the ride without explanation. The guy in the front seat looked back and asked if something was wrong with the car, and the driver laughed and said "no, that's me" and demonstrated it to him and continued doing it until he complained. The driver also made a big scene when a passenger did not tip him "enough".



There is nothing positive to say about this company - use at your own risk! You will have no recourse if your stuff is stolen, if it takes you five times longer than it should to get to your destination, or if you goodness forbid get injured en route because of their unsafe driving practices
