Few days ago, I came back to this community and visit my parents, I moved to long island few years ago.

This laundromat is a disaster, avoid at all cost.

I washed my 2000+dollars burberry 100% wool coat here, when I go picked it up, the whole coat "flooded" with white dots and the owner. which is a mexican old women, which is the owner, won't admit its her fault. I suggested her to give me one free dry wash, just to wash off the white dots and thats it, here's what she said:"Why should I give you a free dry wash, nobody is giving me that money". during the argue, a man came in and take his dry clean and I told him whats going on, she let me to shut up and stop talking to her customer, I was shocked how uneducated and irresponsible she is, and I don't want to argue with someone like this, this is a country of freedom, the freedom of speech is practiced here and I don't think she understands it.

I talked to my neighbors about this laundromat and seems like no one liked this laundromat, its cheap to wash here indeed, on average of saving a dollar on washing. But you gonna spend extra 3 dollars or so to do the drying(this is based on what my neighbors told me). The washer and dryer are very very old, the dryer is taking extra time to dry a very small amount of clothes, some people wash their shoes in the washer although there's a sign in the shop said do not wash sneakers and she just watched it and let people do it...The most funny story is that there was a very small chocolate somewhere in the dryer and when my neighbor dry her clothes, it was all over her clothes and the mexican old women, which the owner won't let her get a free wash, because she stated:"You should take care of your own clothes, and nobody gives me free electric and water and the money."

BTW she won't allow you to use her bathroom to wash your hand, its only open to mexicans(not to being a racist but some people practice it), one of my neighbor asked her to use the bathroom and she refused, with a hint of smile of defiance.

My neighbors and I lived in Fresh Meadows community for over 10 years, most old people here lived over 50 years here and my neighbors said no laundromat was like this disgusting in this area, none of my neighbors wash their clothes here, and 100% of my neighbors washed their cloth here had some problems with their clothes before.

This is what she(the owner) did when something going wrong, she ran away from her responsibility. This laundromat is a complete disaster and I really won't recommend anyone to go there and wash their clothes. There's not much business here anyways, even during the weekend.

I would say this place is ultra high end for the price, based on ultra low end service provided here.

Edit No.1: I read comments on yelp said the old mexican women is nice to people, indeed she's nice, because you are her money in the pocket, but if there's any clothes have problem here, she will turn to devil.

Edit No.2:Frankly say, this old mexican women is a racist and treats different people with different service attitude, and I really think this business is going out soon.
