To Whom It May Concern:

I am very sure that you are very good at what you do and that your prices are reasonable and I am sure that we got you on a bad day; But we we're having serious sewer gas problems late Saturday night (we left some of the windows in the house cracked) so we were calling around Sunday to the companies that had 24/7 because we needed our tank cleaned out. We wanted to see how much more an emergency cost was vs waiting till weekday. I didn't want to loose part of a days pay. I was in another part of the house and heard someone speaking loudly through the phone about not calling on Sundays to get prices to my husband. Well it may have cost more but we called your competition twice (On Sunday and set up an appointment for first thing Monday) Yes I even lost part of a days pay. I suggest that if your having a bad day don't answer the phone AT ALL. Or maybe you need to get the full story before assuming that we were calling around for the fun of it. I or My husband WILL NEVER EVER CALL YOU FOR ANYTHNG. I will pay more before that happens.
